Peggy's protein bars

1 cup oatmeal
1 cup grapenut cereal
1 cup organic peanut butter
8 tablespoons agave nectar
(add almonds or walnuts if desire)

Hey I just wanted to start this blog as a way to help remember what we have done, a way to get websites or exercises talked about at Boot Camp available in a forum that we don't have to text or email information.
I hope to list our exercises we do on Boot Camp nights so we can look back at what we did and what we need to do.

Shoulders and arms workout


 
 Arnold dumbbell press

Hammer curls

Barbell curls


 



Add one additional shoulder exercise of your liking.

If you need a rest do crunches then rotate to box jump ups or anything to help your core or explosiveness.
